                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 2611
                   CITICO AVENUE, BEING ON THE NORTHEAST LINE OF
                   CITICO AVENUE NORTHWEST OF GLENWOOD DRIVE FROM
                   R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO R-4 SPECIAL ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
             
              A tract of land located 2611 Citico Avenue, being on the
              northeast line of Citico Avenue northwest of Glenwood
              Drive.  Lot 149, Plat of the Davis Property (sometimes
              called Englewood Subdivision), as shown by plat of
              record in deed book M, volume 18, page 472, R.O.H.C.,
              being the property described in deed book 3827, page
              829, R.O.H.C.  Tax Map No. 146E-E-28.
             
         from R-1 Residential Zone to R-4 Special Zone.
         	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the 
public
         welfare requiring it.
